Vertical Relevance is looking for a Senior Project Manager with ServiceNow with Financial Services experience, ITSM / CSM, GRC to join our team Full-time and work remotely. This person is responsible for the end-to-end planning, building, and deploying software systems. 

As a Senior Project Manager with ServiceNow Financial Services experience, ITSM / CSM, GRC, you will implement technical solutions as part of a team for customer engagements. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, patience, and organizational skills needed to drive customer success.    

Senior Project Manager with a strong background in engagement management to lead and oversee ServiceNow implementation projects within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will bring a combination of in-depth project management skills, hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to effective lineage with stakeholders to drive project success. ServiceNow experience is essential, and ServiceNow certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in Project Management, engagement management, client communication, and Project Leadership: Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. ·
  •  Engagement Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives and project sponsors, within the financial -ServiceNow 
  •  Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps. 
  •  Understanding of ServiceNow Creator Workflow, Employee Workflow, HR, Legal, Talent and stakeholder management. · 
  • Strong ServiceNow platform expertise; ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Project Portfolio Management) are highly advantageous. · 
  • Familiarity with financial services industry compliance and regulatory standards. 
  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus. · 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and navigate complex client environments. 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow platform in a pre-sales or delivery capacity, implementations in a financial services environment.
  •  Proven experience in delivering successful ServiceNow implementations across Financial Services, Telecom, and HCLS industries. 
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps. 
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Industry and Custom Workflows. 
  • Demonstrated experience leading pre-sales activities, including solution design, architecture, and proposal development. · 
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. · 
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large, cross-functional project teams.
  • ServiceNow Certified System services industry to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives. 
  • Strategic Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and clients, including the creation and management of detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. 
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle; proactively manage and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, including cross-functional team members and third-party vendors, to ensure project milestones are met. 
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Provide technical guidance and strategic insights on ServiceNow capabilities, aligning ServiceNow solutions with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in the financial services domain. 
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance, report on progress to stakeholders, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards. 
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all project activities adhere to compliance standards specific to financial Industry and Custom Workflows.
  • Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. (CSA certified or CSA trained, and voucher obtained).
  • Completed the PM development journey.
  • Obtained ServiceNow Professional Technical Manager Badge Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. 
  • Experience with cloud technologies and IT transformation programs. 
  • Deep industry expertise in financial services, telecom, or healthcare & life sciences. 
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  •  A strategic thinker with the ability to foster long-term client relationships.
